Mr. Khoshnevisan presidency[edit]

Hi all. I just want to let you know, before Mr. Dezfulian, Mr. Hossein Khoshnevisan was the president for three consecutive years (1988-90). Before him Mr. Feiz was president for at least one year (most likely two years). Cheers, MrMo 23:36, 2 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Buildings and Facilities[edit]

Hi again Sina jaan,

I was thinking we can also add a section as Buildings and Facilities. Alborz is one of the best schools in Iran considering its area, buildings, and athletic facilities (of course not comparing to the international standards, at least in North America [almost] all schools are gigantic!). We can collect some info on the history of buildings too, which is kind of cool (I rememebr a 1906 on a stone in Central Building). Athletics include the soccer field, 3 smaller soccer fields, 6 basketball and 6 volleyball courts (am I right?!), and the athletic center (sakhtemoon varzesh).

Cheers, MrMo 22:47, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Great Idea! I have to go to the Alborz this week, and I will get a new AMAAR about facilities!--Sina 00:47, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Name of the country: Persia or Iran[edit]

... 21 years before the constitutional revolution in Persia (as it was known then, it became "Iran" due to Adolf Hitler's influence when he recognized the Persian people as Aryans, thus the change to Iran).

I don't understand how Alborz High School is related to "changing the name of Persia to Iran due to some reason". The article is about Alborz High school, not about the name a country. I'll modify this sentense. --75.72.162.44 19:56, 11 February 2007 (UTC) Sepehr[reply]
