Tone and Sourcing[edit]

This article reads like a press release from Universal Health Services. Could it be flagged at the top?

Edit War?[edit]

Can someone explain the edit war that seems to be going on here? ~EdGl talk 21:04, 29 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

An anon keeps deleting all of the article notices without changing the article. Trivialist (talk) 19:27, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
They left a rather garbled message on my talk page. I've warned several of the related IPs about edit warring. Based on the message and their edits, were this a registered editor, we'd be having a discussion about WP:CIR. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 01:46, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This article has some issues and needs to be cleaned up, but someone clearly does not agree with that. I've been restoring the maintenance tags (as have other editors). Hopefully they'll give up soon? MerelyPumpkin (talk) 19:53, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at the IPs contributions shows that they have something against maintenance tags being added to articles by editors who were then blocked for being sockpuppets. MerelyPumpkin (talk) 19:57, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Right! First, TortoiseAndPigeon Comes to Adding Way Too Many Templates to This Article (Such As Cleanup, Cleanup rewrite, Non-free, Cleanup reorganize, Condense, Very long, Advert, Fanpov, Like resume, Cleanup-PR, Tone, Overly detailed, Undue weight, POV, Undisclosed paid, BLP sources, Self-published, & Unreliable sources). Second of All, BlackcurrantTea Removes Many excessive Templates, But Some of Them Are Still Alive. Case Closed. 2A02:C7F:8C47:7D00:D9F4:5177:70EA:8DCB (talk) 15:05, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for explaining your reasoning. However, it's far from "case closed." I don't have time right now to go through the article to see which templates apply to this article and which don't, but let's discuss them here and get a consensus. ~EdGl talk 17:18, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

New references[edit]

Hi, I added a maintenance tag to this article due to the lack of references throughout, especially in the "Early Years" section. Maybe provide a link to an official basketball roster; a person coming to this page might want to know more about his basketball stats. Once you have added substantial references feel free to remove the tag. Black Stallions (talk) 23:57, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
