The BGN isn't determinative and this should go at its most COMMON ENGLISH name which is probably Aqra these days. In any case, this article is the PRIMARYTOPIC for Aqra: it either needs to be there or that needs to be a redirect to here. The Chaldean diocese based in the town may have a longer article at the moment but it's not actually the primary topic: it needs to be shunted to Diocese of Aqra or Aqra (diocese) (or whatever the common English name of the place turns out to be). — $Llywelyn II$ 01:01, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
