Name[edit]

Neither of the references listed refer to this field as Aguadulce Army Airfield, just as Aguadulce. The name as given for this article seems unusual.

During World War II, fields named after locations were "Army Air Fields" (abbreviated AAF), not "Army Airfields."

This field was located in a foreign country, and it would be very unusual to have an Army Air Field or Army Air Base outside the US (except in occupied countries).

More common usage would be for this to be named simply Aguadulce Airfield. --Lineagegeek (talk) 11:54, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
