This, as it stands, is very far from meeting the encyclopedia's criterion. It was tagged because of an almost total lack of regard for standards here. Well I've now trimmed it all out - and a good deal more besides. If his stuff was written in 1814 it's over 200 years out of date - surely in the last 40 years of Afghanistan being continually in the news there's been something better written that we could use?
