Links removed and sources needed[edit]

I've deleted this and [1] as they don't really qualify as reliable sources. I've left one link from this source as a reference for the BBC Award as I was unable to verify it with a better source in a quick search. I have removed the links to Mantra Lingua and Kids Out as these sites don't mention Alao by name. Generally, the article needs more content and better references to meet the notability guidelines for people.--CharlieDelta (talk) 05:25, 8 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
