They have released a lot of singles for (dance) dj use. [1] All music has an entry on them, but the entry is as confusing as most of the entries. [2] The group has used many featuring artists, and it is hard to retrieve clear information on them. Thats where Wikipedia is to help. --Easyas12c 22:33, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed -- hopefully someone with more knowledge about the subjects than me can add some information asserting notability. With the article the way it is, hopefully you can understand why I tagged it. Thanks for taking care of this. –Sommers (Talk) 01:05, 23 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have expanded the article a bit. I don't know overly much about them but I do remember Gillette's "Short Dick Man" and "Lick It" was playing everywhere back in 1995. Do Googles on any of those and you'll find a ton of hits. 23skidoo 01:21, 23 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Do not speedy delete. 20 Fingers featuring Gillette had a #14 hit on the Billboard magazine Hot 100 in 1995. They satisfy at least one of the WP:MUSIC criteria. --Metropolitan90 01:31, 23 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • That sounds like reason enough to remove the tag right now. Thanks for expanding the article. –Sommers (Talk) 01:53, 23 January 2006 (UTC) 100°°[reply]

lead singer(s)[edit]

Did 20 fingers have a lead singer, or did they just use featuring artists. On the album On the attack and more, Gillette seems to be only featuring in one song, but still many sources write about her as the lead singer of the group. Also real names of the singers would be great. They would help in disambiguation. --Easyas12c 08:38, 23 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Someone, somewhere must have more information on the "Chicago native, featured singer in 20 Fingers whose name is Gillette. Please whoever you are - enter all you know - here. 3-14-6 68.107.36.95 07:02, 15 March 2006 (UTC) mightymole1944@netscape.com[reply]

The Deutsch article seems to have lots of information. Can anyone translate? --Easyas12c 22:02, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Well, I have an album called "Gillette on the Attack" (Subtitled "A 20 Fingers Production"), which has the same track listing as the album listed above (the only differences besides the name and cover art are that mine doesn't include the song "Lick It" and "Short Dick Man" is a secret track...I'm assuming it's because mine is the Canadian version). On all the tracks, Gillette is quite obviously the lead singer. I don't know if the liner notes in my copy are identical to the ones in the American release, but I do have the names of the people in the songwriting credits. Anyone have any info on Roula (the "Lick It" singer)? All I know is at the time she was a hairstylist and was either from the city or an inner-ring burb-- maybe a fellow Berwynite like Gillete?. I don't have any written info available to verify this so I'm sounding original research-y. Also, was "(I wanna) Big Big Man" a 20 Fingers production or was that someone else entirely? - Jaguara 19:05, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Any new information about the singer "ROULA"?[edit]
