I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Some of the wording is confusing and self conflicting ($40 million vs. $14 million) The "reactions" sections is also confusing. Really need coverage of what went wrong, what was learned afterwards. etc. if that is possible. Happy editing!
