License clarification[edit]

Usually racing license has a use period of one calendar year. In 2019, Doohan had British racing license, while Alders competed under flag of Hong Kong. While in 2020, they changed they decided to have Aussie and Dutch licenses respectively. Corvus tristis (talk) 16:30, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The calendar year change makes sense since Round 2 was the first in the new year. What may confuse people is looking at the points & race results on the website following Round 2, they still show Alders as Hong Kong & Doohan as British. But the entry lists for Round 2 & now Round 3 show Alders as Dutch & Doohan as Australian, as does the points table they provided on their Facebook account. Oh well... Hopefully the straighten their info out soon. Thanks for helping with this Corvus tristis! Mcbjmund (talk) 01:44, 16 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
