Things we can work on[edit]

  • Finding More Sources
  • Creating links for Schedule Green tickY Done.
  • Create a section for recruits of 09-10 season
  • Improve the "Renovations section" Green tickY Done.
  • Make article feel more presentable to the reader, less fan's point of view.
  • Last but not least, a new picture of Steve Alford at UNM, not Iowa.
    • Second, how we can improve the Lobo Athletics page.

Some of the things we can do to make this page a tad better. I think the Lobo program deserves this page, best start in awhile, 7-0.

Thanks to all who help! ZekeW (talk) 06:12, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't the picture of Alford at UNM? The information about the picture says it is, and you can see "OB" (as in "LOBOS") on one of the audience members' red shirts. LadyofShalott 06:41, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The date says 2008, but look at the colors of the suit. That's why I was not too sure if the picture was from his tenure at New Mexico. Could be? ZekeW (talk) 17:36, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

World Vision Classic Champions and sold out games[edit]

World Vision Classic Champions should not be included in the info box because it is not a true tournament. There were only 4 teams involved and every team played each other. There were no semifinals or championship game thus there was no champion. Just because the Lobos did win all 3 games does not mean they are champions. With only 4 teams there is a chance that every team can lose a game unlike a normal tournament which is bracketed and there is clearly one team that will win the tournament.

As for marking games as sold out...its just simply not needed. No other teams page has any games marked as sold out. If the capacity of the stadium is placed in the info box next to the stadiums name then stating sold out in the schedule is not needed. One can simply look at the attendance and the capacity of the stadium and just do the math. Plus only home games are being marked as sold out which means this is simply something being put there by a bias fan. Unless all games that are sold out, including road games, are marked as sold out then it just flat is not needed. Bsuorangecrush (talk) 09:37, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
