Massacre of April 7, 1947 → ? – The title is too vague, and the massacre isn't necessarily referred to as such in most sources. What about April 7 Casablanca massacre? While it's referred to popularly as Darbat Saligan (ضربة ساليغان)—which I haven't seen in English sources and would be a cumbersome translation—it seems to be referred to more officially in Arabic sources as أحداث 7 أبريل or مجزرة 7 أبريل. There is an April 7 Plaza in Casablanca's Derb Kebir [ar]. It seems the title should preserve the date. إيان (talk) 09:10, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Support move to "1947 Casablanca massacre". While citing politically-significant events by date alone may mean something to domestic residents, they are usually unrecognizable to a global audience of Wikipedia readers.
