Winnipeg -- Share in maximum round[edit]

Winnipeg election results the "share in maximum round" is not relevant, as for each candidate,except for the first two winners and he fist eliminated candidate, each winner has some votes that had been previously claimed by earlier winners. The percentages add up to more than 100. They do not show popularity as a winner with 4030 first choice preferences is more popular than someone who receives hundreds more votes than that of combined first and secondary preferences.
