How is this notable?[edit]

I'm not sure I understand the reason for this article. Marilyn was obviously notable, but I don't see how this house is of any particular note other than it was her residence. Threat of demolition 2023[edit]

Added names of recent sellers as it appears they sold the house to themselves ("buyer" doesn't exist, name of LLC identical to that of their trust.)
