According to BET the average BEt 106 and Park new episode airing would hold anywhere from 45,000-123,000 viewers, but since Tigger and Julissa left ratings have averaged 14,000-34,000 viewers. Recent Countdown section[edit]

This is updated daily? That seems too change too often to be of value. The previous versions of the article will have the content, but it won't be too easy to browse. I don't think that the article should grow to keep it for each day either. Any thoughts? --EarthPerson 00:18, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article 106 & Park Countdowns was deleted per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/106 & Park Countdowns. I've removed the section linking to it. Quarl (talk) 2007-03-07 08:37Z

Fair use rationale for Image:106parklogoold.gif[edit]

Image:106parklogoold.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Deletion of Special Editions Section[edit]

I deleted the special editions section because it is difficult to keep up with all of the special editions of 106 & Park. In addition, you would also have to keep up with all of the past special editions of the series. Therefore, it was deleted

dates[edit]

should all the dates for when videos chart and premeire for 07 be deleted? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.132.148.119 (talk) 04:59, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No we need to keep it there for the history. Also, because for I Won't Tell premiered in 07 but came on the countdown in 08. So, let's keep it.

Could someone who knows make it clear on the page when the show actually began broadcasting? that would be a good idea i think

RFC[edit]

Should the article include an exhaustive list—dating from Aug 2007 to the present—of every single "New Jam of the Day" (20+ per month) and "New Entry"? —Hello, Control Hello, Tony 09:27, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No. Oh good god no. SWATJester Son of the Defender 20:17, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It absolutely should not. Not only is it unsourced but it clearly violates WP:NOT#IINFO. I've removed it. - eo (talk) 00:10, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Uhhh, ok so now New Joints & New Entries from 106 & Park has been created and everything is moved there. Not exactly what the goal was. - eo (talk) 01:23, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Where is the New Joints/New Entries page that just got "created"? I really personally feel like it should be placed somewhere on Wikipedia if somebody is willing to kepp up on the updates. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.255.21.22 (talk) 04:29, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New Joints & New Entries from 106 & Park[edit]

All of this information has been removed per WP:NOT#IINFO and under the basis that it is not notable and its "source" is a blog (not a reliable source). Further, upon being moved to its own article, it was deleted per consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/New Joints & New Entries from 106 & Park. Therefore, it should not be continuously readded here. To editors: please stop placing it here. It also does not belong on User Pages or User Talk Pages per WP:User page. Again, please stop re-inserting non-notable info here; continuing to do so at this point will be considered vandalism. - eo (talk) 17:45, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
