Qomish (Persian: قمش), also Romanized as Qomīsh, Qomesh, Komash, Kumāsh, Qamesh, Qamsh, and Qomāsh,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Itivand-e Jonubi Rural District of Itivand District, Delfan County, Lorestan province, Iran.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was Kahriz-e Varvasht.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 596 in 100 households, when it was in Kakavand District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 641 people in 140 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 546 people in 135 households.[2]

In March 2022, Itivand-e Jonubi Rural District and Itivand-e Shomali Rural District were separated from the district in the establishment of Itivand District, which was divided into two rural districts.[4]
