Strange name of the template[edit]

Palestine was treated separately from Transjordan. In 1921, about a year after the Mandate went into affect, Transjordan was separated from Palestine administratively and by 1923 it had formed an independent government. This map is almost exclusively used for depopulated Palestinian villages, so it wouldnt make any sense to include Transjordan anyway. nableezy - 17:06, 26 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
