Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (Liberia)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, or MFDP for short, is a government ministry of the Republic of Liberia. MFDP was created in 2013 by an Act of the National Legislature.[1]

The new MFDP effectively replaces the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning and Economy with a mandate to develop, institutionalize and administer economic development, budget and tax policies to promote sound and efficient management of government financial resources.[2]
