Ma Manasa Temple, Jakpur is a Hindu temple in Jakpur near Kharagpur in Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal.[1] It is a Ma Manasa (snake god) temple and very popular and famous in West Bengal. This temple is very neat and clean but does not have any rooftop. This tmple is well connected by NH-6 and south eastern railway tracks. It is a ma Manasa temple. The current temple is not very old as it was rebuilt in 2012. Devotees believed that Maa Manasa is actively present here and fulfill wishes of his followers. As per local people if someone wish with your heart near Ma Manasa, Ma will fulfill their dream and wishes.[2][3]

Huge number of devotees visit this temple every Saturday and Tuesday and offers prayer to Maa Manasa. There is a special puja in the third Tuesday of Bengali Chaitra month.[4]
