English: Cairn near Coolanlough. No public access, but once a sacred site dear to the descendants of one (or more) locals who worked the land so long, long ago. At least it is enjoyed by the sheep. Notice the ridged field beyond. Could this be the "infield" to the clachan in the next square to the east. |
