Eslamabad-e Lash (Persian: اسلام‌آباد لاش) is a village in, and the capital of, Zarabad-e Gharbi Rural District[3][a] of Karvan District, Zarabad County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 635 in 110 households, when it was in the former Zarabad District of Konarak County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 613 people in 123 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 462 people in 113 households.[2]

After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Zarabad County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Zarabad as its capital and only city.[7]
