The Oldest View is a YouTube web series created by American YouTuber Kane Parsons. The series is related to a real life mall called Valley View Center, which was completely demolished in May 2023, except the mall has somehow manifested underground, with the only entrances to it being holes in the ground with concrete stairs leading down to the mall. The main protagonist of the series is a character named Wyatt, who ventures through the mall, recording on his phone to uncover its mysteries, with a giant rolling puppet within that tries to catch Wyatt and presumably kill him. There are currently four episodes in this series.
The Oldest View - Renewal - This episode shows the creation of the Julien Reverchon giant. The Oldest View - Beneath The Earth - This is the first episode to show both Wyatt (through speech and his shadow) and the mall itself. The Oldest View - The Rolling Giant - This is where the expedition of the mall begins, and where the completed Giant makes its debut. The Oldest View - Dispersal - This episode takes on a twist to the ending in the previous episode, and hints at the escape of the Giant.
