Sinhala Cinema Database (Films.lk) is a Sri Lankan online database containing information related to Sri Lankan films from 1947 to-date including cast, production crew, biographies and ratings.[1][2] Founded in 2007/08 by Isura Wickramarachchi,[3] it is widely regarded as the official and only website which is dedicated towards conservation of Cinema of Sri Lanka.[4][5] It contains the details of over 1,300 films and 12,000 people,[1] and won the national award for the best website of the year in 2009.[5]
