Comment: Sorry, but it is looking more likely that the U.S. Office of Management and Budget is currently classifying the entire Orange County as part of the Los Angeles–Long Beach–Anaheim, CA (MSA). They do not currently seem to put the southern part of Orange County in its own separate MSA. If true, and this article is published from draft to the main article space, then it would likely be subject for deletion under original research or another similar Wikipedia policy.
