Afarin Kids TV (Kurdish: ئافەرین) is a Kurdish Islamic television channel for children. The Afarin Company owns Afarin Kids TV. It began broadcasting on 10 Feb 2020 in Kurdistan Region and it is based in Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq. The channel makes edutainment programs for Kurdish children.[1]

As a musician in religion, education, and learning fields, Afarin has several children's songs in Kurdish, the most important of which is Mali Smoraxan [2][3] which was well-received among Kurdish children.

Frequency[edit]

Despite being Afarin Kids TV broadcasts in the Kurdistan Region through Digital terrestrial technology companies[4] and transmits its broadcasts to the world through IPTV [5], but according to a survey by Rama Agency, it will be the most watched children's channel in the Kurdistan Region.[6].
