Darreh Seydi Rural District (Persian: دهستان دره صيدئ) is in the Central District of Borujerd County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Darreh Seydi.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,066 in 1,276 households.[4] There were 4,221 inhabitants in 1,325 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,279 in 1,131 households. The most populous of its 31 villages was Dehgah, with 607 people.[2]
