Treaties are "concluded" when they are agreed to or signed. What other kinds of things are "concluded"? It's more likely other things will just be in categories like Category:2000 in law or Category:Bridges completed in 2000, etc. Good Ol’factory ^(talk) 21:28, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
