Proposed merge There are only two listings in the online support groups category. Within the guidelines for Website notability, it seems unlikely the category of online support groups will grow to include many groups. By that definition and by the dynamics of such groups, the more notable groups with online presences are related to off-line organizations, which could result in confusion about where to place groups. Is this still a live discussion? I think it's okay to break them down in various ways - format/location and subject. If the category grows it will be better. --lquilter 20:00, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do not merge[edit]

Not all support groups are online. I think you need to keep separate categories esp. for those looking for groups that meet in person and not online. 18:52, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

This has been here for almost two years. I'm taking it off. --lquilter 02:08, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
