Excludes Southern Hemisphere summer holidays[edit]

It's not possible to create entries for Southern Hemisphere summer holidays that fall in December through February. I tried adding Category:Summer holidays to Category:February observances, but Category:Winter holidays was already present there, so my addition simply created confusion. I reverted myself.

The current situation is that this category, Summer holidays, is exclusively Northern Hemisphere based. The only remedy would appear to be a Move to Category:Summer holidays, Northern Hemisphere and the creation of Category:Summer holidays, Southern Hemisphere.
