What are the criteria for being in this category?[edit]
Is this category, similar to Western Australia, for people that arrived in colonial South Australia and then actively settled in it for any period of time? This excludes people that merely administered, or only participated in administering, it. Therefore the time period for arrival begins in July 1836 when the first settlers arrived on Kangaroo Island, and ends in October 1856 when South Australia became a self-governing colony?
