@420Traveler:, your guess is as good as mine. I've only been working on tagging rivers into the project and needs-infoboxes for now. I'm not sure how the River Name sub-category scheme is being applied and haven't gotten to looking at the consistency there, but it should be documented and added to or linked from WikiProject Rivers.
