Given that the vast majority of schools in the Republic are, in fact, private schools by virtue of their ownership by private entities - mostly in the form of the Catholic and other Churches - this category is really about Fee-charging (not "Fee-paying", which makes no sense as a description unless schools are paying students) schools and I propose the category be changed to 'Fee-charging private schools in the Republic of Ireland' to reflect that reality.
