I'm just a bit confused by the purpose of this category.
What is meant by "mixed race dominicans"? Statistically speaking, nearly all domininicans literally qualify as "mixed race" to varying degrees, so the additions or removals from this category would seemingly hinge entirely on one's own semantic delineations between who is "mixed" and who is not, which are non-empirical and unobjective, especially in macro.
