Subcats[edit]

Do we need a category for court officials and bureaucrats? While I suppose that most (if not all) government officials of the Nara and Heian periods (and later) were nobility, not commoners, it seems odd to simply lump them into a nobility category as if their role as bureaucrat/official is not important or distinguishing.
