what is the bigger granite dome? sentinel dome or stone mountain? i don't think stone mountain is more than a thousand feet high, maybe 1800. it looks like sentinel is much bigger, but here in georgia, they always say stone mountain is the largest exposed, granite dome. i would like to have some clarity on this matter.
