Scope of this category?[edit]

If a court existed in the past and was then reorganized, essentially being reconstituted into a different court, is it considered defunct for purposes of this category? My view is yes. For example, I have added to this category Court of Appeal in Chancery and Federal Court of Canada. --Mathew5000 06:08, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
