Why do we need a "Cities in Charlotte County, Florida" category when there's only one city in Charlotte County, Florida? Punta Gorda, Florida has its own category; why not just add the article to "Category:Punta Gorda, Florida," make "Category:Punta Gorda, Florida" a direct subcategory of "Category:Charlotte County, Florida," and get rid of this?
