As for non-Iranian photographers, they are listed if they have done a substantial amount of work in Iran (at a minimum, one book devoted to it) or if their work in Iran was of unusual historical or other significance. Non-Iranian photographers who have merely made short visits to Iran and had miscellaneous photographs published should not be specified below.
