This category should be limited to people of Austrian citizenship who lived on a temporary basis in the Czech Republic at some time on or after its founding in 1993. Those who settled in the Czech Republic permanently should be in Category:Austrian emigrants to the Czech Republic and not in this category. Those who were last in what is now the Czech Republic before it was formed should be in a different category.
