The 2023–24 UEFA Women's Champions League knockout phase started on 19 March 2024 with the quarter-finals and will end with the final on 25 May 2024 at the San Mamés in Bilbao, Spain, to decide the champions of the 2023–24 UEFA Women's Champions League.

The schedule of the competition is as follows (all draws were held at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland).
