American college football season
The 1958 Tennessee A&I Tigers football team represented Tennessee Agricultural & Industrial State College (now known as Tennessee State University) as a member of the Midwest Athletic Association (MAA) during the 1958 NCAA College Division football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Howard C. Gentry, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 4–4, with a 2–2 conference record, and finished third in the MAA.
