I don't think that the dividing line is all that bright. After all, Wikipedia is a collaboration of many on-line users. Yes, we want to emphasize editing that creates and improves encyclopedic content, but interaction between editors is part-and-parcel of that effort. -- Donald Albury 14:57, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
