What about violence toward men?[edit]

The selection of userboxes is hardly equanimous.Ryoung122 23:26, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with you. Perhaps a ribbon stating that 'this user opposes Domestic Violence of any sort' or 'this user strongly believes that violence against both men and women is wrong.' (Galaxycat (talk) 18:54, 9 April 2012 (UTC))[reply]

Mental Illness[edit]

I note that there is a ribbon which purports to fight against mental illness. I do not mean to be disrespectful towards the person who created it. I, however, feel that there should be a ribbon which promotes society understanding the concept of mental illness and not viewing those who have various mental illnesses as being neither 'abnormal' nor 'crazy.' That being said, some people with mental illnesses embrace the word 'crazy.' My main point is that it might be a good idea to have a ribbon which promotes understanding and promotion of awareness of the discrimination and hostility persons with (a) mental illness(es) face. Thank you. (Galaxycat (talk) 18:52, 9 April 2012 (UTC))[reply]
