In this course we discuss environmental (and ethical) issues that the National Parks confront, and how they are (or have been) managed. For example, to what extent are National Parks managed for impacts for pollution, invasive species, mining, climate change and tourism?

While some of the more famous Parks have fairly complete wikipedia sites, the smaller ones are missing a lot of information, particularly providing recent issues and the human component.
