This course--housed in the graduate department of Education Leadership-- explores the transformative possibilities of using social innovation tools (like Wikipedia) to bring about social change. Students in this course will explore various case studies that illustrate and use innovative principles to organize, create, and manage ventures to influence social change locally, regionally, and beyond. Designed as a solutions-oriented course, students will wrestle with key problems and engage professionals in the social impact sector.
