On this page you'll find a series of things you can do to help the project, improve articles, become a better editor, understand how we setup a food and drink-centered article and what tools we use to in the project to make participating in the project easier.

You can click on the Tool box main page link above or go directly to the individual tools by using the navigation bar.

 Article alerts

Article Alerts is an automated subscription-based news delivery system designed to notify the Project when articles tagged by our banner or placed in one of the categories covered by the Project enters various workflows (such as Articles for Deletion, Requests for Comments, Peer Review, and many more). First AAlertBot browses all the workflows in its scope, then checks for WikiProject templates/categories on these pages. Reports are updated on a daily basis, and provide brief summaries of what is happening, with relevant links to discussion or results when possible.

 Essays & guidelines

We have several essays available that provide tips for creating and editing food related articles on Wikipedia. These essays cover topics such as ethnic and national cuisines, naming conventions, article layouts and quality sourcing for food related subjects. These articles are designed as supplements to the Wikipedia Manual of Style.
