Propose merging Template:Infobox ITV franchisee with Template:Infobox broadcasting network.

To address various uses like ITV franchisee and Trey Marturin's issue, is to set up a Usage subsection for "ITV franchisee" limited to the appropriate fields that would generally be used for ITV franchisee. Although interesting enough, the ITV franchisee infobox is listed as a "sub-ibox" to TV channel on Template:Film- and television-related infobox templates.
