These templates should all be deleted per past precedent. A similar set of navboxes were deleted in December 2011 for the state of Michigan, and another set was deleted in July 2012 for the state of Washington. In this case, none of these navboxes are currently used, the articles should have Category:Transportation in Appling County, Georgia and the like to bind the articles together.   • Navigational boxes' starter's rationale: Keep (but only after copyediting) As I have stated before, I believe that every highway in every state/territory should have these type of navigational boxes. However, if you guys feel so strongly about it, what are you going to do with the ones in Texas? WP:NPOV means that we can't treat different parts of the world differently just because we are more familiar with them. This is a global encyclopedia, not just a US/UK/Canada/Australia encyclopedia. So you're talking upwards of 10,000 navboxes. --Rschen7754 11:55, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete all. I don't understand the purpose of these.   • Comment. I do not have a strong opinion on whether to keep or delete these templates; I will accept whatever the consensus is. However, I am concerned about how combative the discussion is, particularly the theme of "if we do not get rid of these, idiots will run amok and create thousands more." That is not helpful in either coming to consensus or attracting new editors. Finally, a question: Assuming the result of this TdD is to delete the Georgia templates, are there TfDs in the works for the templates for Texas, Maryland, and any other route-by-county navbox templates?  VC  18:21, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • There is surely a more practical way for those (utterly imaginary, by the way) editors who enjoy browsing our huge collection of articles on roads in Georgia than a navbox.
