Per consensus the use of templates for actor articles is deprecated by WP:ACTOR, actor templates are not appropriate and are undesirable in articles due to the number of actors in any given film. Delete for the reasons stated in many previous discussions of actor filmography templates, including the number of templates that would end up on film articles and the weak relationship among the articles. For example, one film that appears on this template, Jumper, has at least nine other notable actors in its cast, and it is hardly "starring" Robb, despite the wording of this template. --RL0919 (talk) 17:38, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Then why does the mouseover text say "A barnstar was awarded for work on this article"? It is hard to know intent if no editor who worked on it comes to the discussion, but the phrasing suggests placement on an article. Keep. This template was created for writing maya numbers with vertical orientation. It should be part a larger template that will produce the complete stella of maya calendar. See Talk:Maya_calendar#New template for the future aspect of the template. It's not finished, because it needs a large number of new drawings, and I am the only one that is creating them. I think this template was a good idea since it allows the formation of all maya numbers in vertical position, only from these:
