Commerce Clause[edit]

I would like this page to be examined by someone familiar with US Constitutional law.

At the moment the page is primarily an overview of the case history with little in the way of an analysis of the post-new deal wide interpretation. There has been a complaint from another user that the page does not accurately descibe the "puzzling" nature of this interpretation and has attempted to insert what I see as a POV edit to tell this story. I would like someone faimilar with constitutional law to examine the page and instruct whether or not it violates NPOV for the page to asser that the current interpretation is improper/too wide.
