Sixteen Tons[edit]

Per WP:Fair use, fair use content can't be transcluded except in articles. The sound has been removed.

This recording was originally created by Tennessee Ernie Ford, but I have trimmed it so that it is only a small bit, the chorus of the song. This is the original version, which features Ernie ford and no later version of the song exists, making this, not rare, but not an easily found hardcopy. It appears here.

  • Tartarus, the song is very funny - give me some drink and I can dance whole 17 seconds! :)) Sorry, but the background distortion isn't acceptable for me. This is not sufficient for Featured sounds.Oppose. --Vejvančický (talk) 23:08, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Extracts from copyrighted works are usable on Wikipedia, but require a fair use rationale. Sadly, though, they aren't eligible for featured sound status, as we're not supposed to use them outside of the article. Shoemaker's Holiday (talk) 06:20, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
    • Ah, well, worth a hope and a dream... I withdraw as this is obviously not a featured sound. TARTARUS talk 12:23, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
